How do I prevent other users from adding appts to my calendar? Outlook->tools->options->calendar options->planner options. Uncheck the option to automatically accept items. Hi, I have the same problem and have Outlook 2003. I do not see in the Planner Options the "automatically accept items". Would I need to uncheck the "Allow attendees to propose new times for meetings you organize"? Thank you so much for your help.
