Hello,

When we use the Move to task in outlook we get a list of the places we
can move the mail message too. Usually we want to move it to a specific
person's calendar. However, In the 'move to' drop down all the
calendars show up as 'Calendar' so it is impossible to distinguish
which is which. I have poked around in the help and on google but I
can't find any settings that control this. Can anyone help me?

Are these other calendars ones to which you have been given access through
sharing?  What version of Outlook?  Have you tried displaying them and using
right click drag and drop to move the task to the calendar?

I'm using outlook 2003. Yes, these are shared calendars to which the
user has the right to post to. I'm not actually the one doing it, it is
part of the clerical staff and "drag and drop" is a bit much for them
