I have a user who has read access to a calendar in the Public Folders. She
has the same access to it as other people in her department.

Everyone in her department has access to the calendar and it opens fine.
When she tries to open it, it actually opens but is blank.

If she does not have access it comes up as "Unable to Display the Folder."

Does anyone have any suggesstions?

I have experienced that with respect to Contacts.  I have found that if I
change my view, I can once again see them. I can then change my view back and
I still see them. Don't ask me why.
