I have a lot of birthdays stored in the contact details, is there any way to
get Outlook to automatically put those details into the calendar??

Outlook usually does add them automatically when you put them into the
contact record.  Yours didn't?  What version of Outlook are you using?

Hi, I am using Outlook 2000.  Even I thought it would post automatically
until i missed a few birthdays.  Any ideas on forcing this to happen??

Just tried something went to some of the dates in the contact fields and just
clicked on them again and saved the item.  The date appeared in the contact
in the main section as a calendar and also populated the calendar.  This has
happened with quite a few contacts is there anything I can do to fix this
problem?

Not that I know of; other than manually.
