Shared Calendar Without Exchange

Is there any way to create a shared calendar for two or more people in
a workgroup without using Exchange? The only server available is a Unix
box, and, of couse, there is peer-to-peer across the LAN. We are using
Outlook 2003. Thank you in advance for your help!
