I am trying to set up a meeting for December 2006, after i put all the
attendees in the to field I click on the scheduling tab.  I am inviting
approx 10 ppl or so, I can only view 3 or 4 people's "schedule" but the rest
it just displays black shades with white lines.  How can i be able to view
their "schedules" so I can see if they are busy or free during a certain
period of time.  The weird thing, this only happens for Dec '06 going
forward, If i do it for November 2006 it works just fine.  Is there a time
limitation to scheduling a meeting?

You have to make sure you are picking the names from the Global listing
and not from there contact listing. There should be a drop down menu
for additional listings.  Try the Global.  This worked for me.

In addition, ensure all of the users have their free/busy time published for
12 months out.
