Can not see appointmnet details starting in Jan 2006 for other use

whn i try to schedule a meeting in 2006 on the scheduling tab, the calendar
data for all other users shows as ' No Information' as soon as you get to
Jan 1st 2006

Why cant anyone view other users info for 2006???

This is using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

What are your free/busy options set to? More than the default 2 months? If
not, then change it.
