Isn't it just as easy to uncheck the reminder box when you create it? One
click isn't hard to remember.

If Office 2000 and Office 2002 didn't require it why should Office 2003
require this extra step. You are right, you could uncheck the box when
creating it, you could also just click the "Dismiss" button when it pops up
very easly.
Heck, you could turn it off all together.
I am sure there is a way to automate this, Outlook is too smart for this.

Microsoft has a KB article on 2000/2002 that covers this, but I can not find
one for 2003.
