Is there a method to auto-accept meeting requests, without having the users
go into the meeting and book the resource from the "resources" field.  I find
this process very long, and my sales reps are notorious for not following the
process.  Furthermore, time is money, and I don't want the process to take so
many steps.  Basically I want them to be able to add the resource in the "TO"
line of the meeting request, and have the resource auto-accept the meeting
request.

Alternatively, is there a shorter method for adding a resource, than:
- Click on "New Meeting Request"
- Click on "TO"
- Find the resource (from a list of over 100 users)
- Click on the "Resources" button
- Click on "OK"
