I have 20 consultants that have different schedules that must be maintained.

Is there any way to have these consultants enter there schedule into one
Public Folder Calendar and only see their information.

I do not want all the consultants viewing each others schedule - but I do
want one Adminstrative user to be able to see everyones information.

I know how to prevent others from modifying calendar appointments but am
unaware if there is a way to prevent others from viewing.

Thanks

I don't think so.  If you can read any data in the calendar, you can read it
all.  However, I'm not an expert.  I'm just going by what I see and
understand about the public calendar we use where I work.
