When I print my calendar in Outlook, is there a way of sorting it by each
recurring appointment title rather than by date?

To clarify, I am a teacher who uses Outlook for lesson plans. I'd like to be
able to print so that, for example, all of my Year Nine classes are together
rather than print the whole term and look through each day individually.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

If yuo assign each "year" a category and then categorize your
appointments/events, you can then display the calendar by category and you
should get what you are looking for.
