We are having trouble viewing calendar details for 500 users at a time
in outlook 2003.
Before (when we used Outlook XP) our reception used the "View Group
Schedule" to see the calendar details for all the employees in the
company at once.
Now we have updated to Outlook 2003, and for some reason it only shows
calendar details for the first 280 users or so...
(We can still se Free/Busy information for the rest, but no calender
details).
Can this limit be configured, or is there a way to bypass / work around
this ?

Can you check if it's a limit or if there's a problem with those names?
Make a Group Schedule of the missing names and see if it works.

Hi Judy
I am sure it is a limit of some sort.
If I remove 5 of the people (with calender details) from the group, and
do refresh, it will display calender details for the next 5 people on
the list.
