How do I export 1 month of my Calendar to another Outlook user?

I need to know how to send 1 or months of my Outlook Calendar to another
Outlook user via email. I want them to be able to open it and view it and
make changes if need.

You could export it as a PST, then zip it, email it, and the other person
just needs to reverse the procedure.  Unfortunately their appointments will
merge with yours.

Not if they just open it using File->open->outlook data file.  It will open
in its own tree where it can be edited, then closed and sent back.  You will
need to completely close Outlook first, however.
