What happens when you try?  What is your Outlook version?  What type of data
store do you use (PST or Exchange mailbox)?

Hi,

The options (both "save as" and "forward as I-calendar" are greyed out, so
cnanot be accessed. I could when I first started using it at start if Nov,
but somewhere along the way it is stoped being available.  It is MS Outlook
2003. I think it is exchange mailbox. Thanks.

Alas, I can't think of anything to suggest at this time.  Perhaps someone
else will have a suggestion.
