I would like the Month View (and also the Print View for monthly) to start
with Sunday.
I have gone into Calendar Options and chosen Sunday as the First Day of the
Week.  This does not affect the month view.

You need to uncompress the weekends so that Sat & Sun are split. Then Sunday
will show on the far left.

While in the Month view, right click and choose "Other Settings". Then
uncheck "Compress Weekend Days"
