I am having a couple of problems I cannot figure out. I have searched the
knowledge base and cannot seem to find the answer.
I have a user that has setup up a group schedule. There are about 8 people
in the list. When she uses the schedule to create a meeting, she sees the
times blocked out by their appts. But there is one user that she can
actually see the detail information for the appointment. All the others she
only sees the time blocked out.
I looked to see if that one user had given her any additional access. He
didn't. I cannot figure out why his appointments show up with the details
and the others don't. Can you help?
The other thing is that when she first opens her group schedule all the
appointments show up in gray. She has to go in each time and refresh the
view. This has just started doing it in the last few days. Any ideas?
Her computer is Windows 2000 Professional and she is using Outlook 2003.

It's about permission levels. Have a look at what this guy has set the
Default permission to. I often find it set to something other than "none" .
"None" is a good default!
