Reccuring appointments

Is it possible to get the reccuring appointments part of Outlook to allow
such as
the Monday after the second Wednesday of the month

Outlook doesn't do unusual recurrences, but this add-in does:

Good luck with getting ahold of them.  We've been waiting since November of
2005.  Also, the product definately has some "glitches".
