how do I view two calendars side-by-side permanently?

Whenver I start Outlook, and go to calendar view, it defaults to my own
personal calendar.    I already have an exchange 'public folders' calendar
listed in 'other calendars', so I'm one click away - but I would prefer to
have both on screen from the start.

Create and work with an alternate calendar: find info on (Microsoft
Office.com/training) (it's free) Look up alternate calendar: it gives you
step by step instructions.
