I need to set up a meeting that occurs the second and fourth Monday's of
every month and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this...

Create two recurring appointments. One for the second Monday of the month,
the other for the fourth. A single appointment won't do the job

Thank you Vince. One would think that you wouldn't have to set up 2 separate
appointments but at least I know how to do this now.
