I set up Automatic calendar label Colour for certain things, eg when Off or
Hol is found it's red; when Out it's Lilac; Training yellow, etc. As an
office, we use one Calendar for the 'Desk Diary' for everyone, so I don't use
my personal Calendar at all. I can set up the Automatic formatting on the
Public Central Calendar, but it doesn't keep the colours labelled & I wish to
copy it to other PC users so we all use same. It was laborious as I had to
write it on paper, go to another PC & input it & then do same for next PC.
Can I copy it or run it from the Server please?
Many thanks, Richard-blatch@winchblatch.co.uk

No, labels are per computer and per folder.
If you do it by view, you can set labels and share the view but it only
works when that view is selected, not with every view available (since it's
applied by filter). You also need something on each appointment that is
filterable - like categories or words in the subject.
