Outlook's "Ctrl-2" should have Today at top of page, not bottom.

When Outlook 2003 SP1's hotkey (Ctrl-2) switches to Calendar view, it
highlights "Today", but "Today" is at the bottom of the page, above it
showing the past.  It would be more useful to see future appointments and
have "Today" appear at the top of the page.
