I set up meetings for various departments that occur in two conference rooms
at the same time.  Also, this same meeting occurs several times a month on
random dates and times.  How can I set these meetings up without having to
individually type in each and every one separately?  Is there a shortcut?
Thanks.

WS Repeat Appointment is the only software that I know of that can create a
non-regular repeating appointment.

After furious head scratching, EO Sec asked:
