Thanks for the idea Judy. This issue for us is that we use the Microsoft-CRM
workflow tool to create timed tasks for salespeople to follow up leads and
progress sales opportunities and in these circumstances it is far safer for a
business to make sure that these follow-up tasks are highly visible rather
than run the risk of them being missed because someone forgot to look at
their to do list or didn't get a pop-up reminder.

posted in your original inquiry. Lacking the specific details of your setup
and the desired result makes it almost impossible for those of us who try to
help to propose the optimum answer for your COMPLETE scenario.
Just an FYI for future consideration. You might also want to post in a
group for Microsoft CRM solutions to see if someone has come up with
something that works in that program and/or Outlook.

To make them, "highly visible" ensure that users start in their Calendar
not their Inbox - there's no worse standard setting in Outlook than that one
if you're at all interested in good time management principles!
