After furious head scratching, DennyF asked:
| Why does my Outlook 2002 not open with the calendar "Accept" option
| when I receive an appointment from someone else? If I send a
| calendar appointment to myself at work, it shows up fine and I am
| able to accept it and it will enter into my calendar.
