My default time on my reminders is 08:00 pm. When I change it and click on apply or close the window, it changes back to 08:00 pm. The default should be shown here: Tools menu > Options dialog > My default time on my reminders is 08:00 pm. When I change it and click > on > apply or close the window, it changes back to 08:00 pm.
