I am using Outlook 2003 - all of the updates are current. All of my meetings
from April to November are 1 hour off due to daylight savings. However, when
I go into the calendar options, I can choose my time zone, but I cannot
choose the daylights saving option. It is grayed out. Help please. Thanks.

What time zone are you in? Some zones don't allow it (like the Indiana one)
so they grey-out the option.

Vince,

That was the problem exactly. Instead of Central United States, it was
Central America! Thanks so much for your help! Vicki

Off-topic for me to say, but that's changing this year.  Indiana will be
implementing DST for 2006.
