I am using Office 2002 and when in Calendar, I only see one line per
Appointment and the rest of the Description is truncated. I know there must
be a setting to show all of the Description but cannot find it.
I have been through all of the View options and even deleted the Outlook
preferences in the Docs and Settings
Any ideas?Thanks.
PS I also use Office 2003 and I can see the entire appointment just fine.

To clarify, The problem occurs when I go to print or print preview. In
Windows XP I get just the first line of the Description (whatever will fit in
the monthly space for the day) In 2003 I get the entire desicription no
matter how long it is.
