Can anyone one tell me if there is a way to clear all Calendar and/or Contact entries at once (without having to select one or a few at a time)? Any help would be appreciated. Open the folder you want to clear. Select the first item. Press CTRL-A to select all items. Press Delete. For the Calendar, you should first switch to a list view, like By Category.  SignatureBrian Tillman
