Sharing a calendar in Outlook 2003

Can you share a calendar in Outlook 2003 without using Exchange Server?  Or
can you set it up to email your co-workers a schedule change and allow them
to add it to their calendar?  This is just a Windows XP peer to peer network
with no server.  Thanks for your help.
