I found no US holidays for 2006 and beyone (Outlook 2003). I put them in, but
there are no Jewish holidays.  Any ideas where to get them?  Thanks.

My copy of OL2003 has Jewish holidays that go until either 5767 or 5768 in
the Jewish calendar which should push them out until 2007 or so in the
Gregorian calendar. The Jewish holidays are a seperate category from the US
holidays.

For example:
Tu B'Shevat,5763/5/15,8
Tu B'Shevat,5764/5/15,8
Tu B'Shevat,5765/5/15,8
Tu B'Shevat,5766/5/15,8
Tu B'Shevat,5767/5/15,8
Yom Kippur,5764/1/10,8
Yom Kippur,5765/1/10,8
Yom Kippur,5766/1/10,8
Yom Kippur,5767/1/10,8
Yom Kippur,5768/1/10,8

Also, see if any of the info here helps:
