Hello,

I'm looking to synchronise our Calendars between Outlook XP and Exchange.
All our users have a PST file on their local machine in addition to their
Exchange mailbox, we need appointments to be synchronised in both
directions.

I've follwed the synchronisation guide found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5BLN%5D;286038

When doing a send/receive the display indicates that synchronisation is
occuring. However no items ever seem to get synchronised. Is there something
I am missing?

Thanks,

Are they using their PSTs as the delivery location?  If so, why?

Yes.

All our staff keep their mail on their PCs, not in Exchange. It is not
something
we are proud of and hope to fix soon. However in the mean time is it
possible
for this setup to work?

Thanks,
Dominic
