We have multiple computers in our house set on a home netwrk. All computrers
use MS Office 2003 and we use Outlook for email and calender needs.

Is there anyway we can have one calender that we can all access from
different computers, also make changes so that the whole family can see and
use?

One way is, in a folder shared to the network, to create a new PST and make
a calendar in that PST.  Open it in Outlook on each of the other PCs.  Keep
in mind that it's not supported and only one Outlook at a time can have the
shared PST open.
