i want to post payroll dates on my calendar without going through the entire
calendar and setting up events one at a time. Since the dates are 1st and
15th then i should be able to somehow designate every 1st and 15th without
having to designate a day of the week. Is that function not included in
recurring events? I would think there is good application ie. rent, car
payment, utilities, etc ... for this in Outlook.

make two appointments - one recurring the 1st of every month and the other
one the 15th of the month.

Is that the only way to do it, set up two tasks?  Can this be combined to one?
