I got a response but it did not work when I tried it. The reply was to select
several months in the Date Navigator above the TaskPad. When I try to do this
I only can select 6 weeks - not more than that to see several months or even
a whole year. My post was I want to view a whole year calendar in Outlook
2003.

 I can do it.

Make the Date Navigator BIGGER.  Drag it's bottom edge down and it's left
edge to the left.  You can see many months - NEVER 6 weeks. It only ever
shows in monthly chuncks so your statement of 6 weeks is not correct.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
