How do I eliminate an old reminder in Outlook Calendar?

I have a reminder message that keeps popping up many times a day. It's
actually an empty reminder - blank. There's nothing in the window that allows
me to delete it or dismiss it, and it doesn't show up in my calendar.

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.  Use F1 for
assistance with command line arguments.
