I am trying to understand and setup resource scheduling.  I have 14
conference rooms in facilities located in several states.  I have created
funtional mailboxed for each conference room and assigned administrators to
each.

For some of the conference rooms we want to use the option to automatically
accept meeting requests and process cancelation.  We have checked the
appropriate block in the Resource Scheduling dialog box.

However, this feature doesn't work unless we have given editor rights to all
500 employees.  This allows employees to directly edit the calendars

We want the employees to be able to see the calendars by using
File>Open>Other users folders but not be able to directly  edit.  We want to
use Meeting Requests only to input calendar events.

I see the note:  "You must give users permission to view and edit...." in
the Resource Sheduling dialog box, but as far as I know, we are working
online.  If online means an exchange server.

Perhaps I am missing the concept or our particular server configuration
isn't up to the task, but it seems that it should work like I am attempting.
