Start a meeting at a time other than on the half-hour? Ex: 10:10a

I have classes that start at 8:00a, 9:05a, 10:10a, 11:15a, 12:20p, etc.,
every 65 minutes (55 minutes class, 10 minutes passing). Is it possible to
have an appointment start (and stop) at a time other than every half-hour, on
the half-hour?

Certainly.  Enter whatever time you want in the start and end fields.

Mr. Tillman,

Thank you. I'd assumed that because the start and end times have to be
chosen from a pulldown menu that only those times may be selected.

As you discovered, they don't have to be chosen from the drop-down.
