Can you set a recurring meeting for certain days of the year without an
established daily, weekly, monthly or yearly timeframe?  Such as March 22,
April 12, May 15, June 14, July 17, etc.

not using outlook's recurring appointments - they need to have something to
time them together - like every xx days/weeks/months or xx of each month.
