Using Outlook 2003 with ALL latest patches and then without the patches we
get the same error/crash.  Our XP is also patched with all the updates.

Issue:  I select new appointment or meeting, click on the Scheduling tab, I
can either add the users name or select from address book, when it tries to
show that persons schedule I get the error message to send a report or don't
send and Outlook closes.  This does not happen on every user I try to add,
just certain employees from what I can ascertain.

We have determined it is something wrong with the Exchange Server and are
still researching.  Possible lag issue.

Would you mind passing along what you found as the possible server side
cause of this? I'm seeing the exact same thing now, but have narrowed
it to a specific user. Not exactly sure what to check regarding that
user, however this persons mailbox is over 5Gb & climbing (no need for
a lecture on mailbox size.... it the companies call, not mine!)
