add an 'appointment' for travel / prep time to block it off. Outlook
doesn't offer wrap-up reminders - you could either set a second appointment
with a reminder 10 min before (set it on the travel appointment) or use a
windows utility for a wrap-up reminder.

I might also suggest that if he were to set up different 'travel appointments'
for various travel times required all he has to do is copy and past those
appointments to the end of each meeting. Each 'travel appointment' could be
labelled with the corresponding 'travel' time for visual ease.
