Cannot get holidays for 2006 to load into calendar.

My 2006 Outlook calendar will not load US and/or Christian holidays.  I gives
a message that they are already loaded - but they do not appear for 2006.
When I use the "Add Holiday" option it adds to previous year(s) but not 2006.
??
