Unexpected meeting invitations??!

I have a user who, for some reason, gets meeting invitations even though she
was not invited to the meeting and she did not create the meeting. For
example, Bob creates a meeting and invites John. Yet, she would get the
invitation for the meeting (along with John). Now, she does have full access
to John's mailbox. Does that have something to do with it? Because the
invitation comes to her mailbox.
Also, if she just opens invitation but does not click "Accept", it puts that
meeting into her calendar as well!?
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance!

If John made her a delegate and didn't just grant her permission for his folders, this would be normal, expected behavior. Use a profile that connects directly to John's mailbox to check his settings in Tools | Options | Delegates.

Thank you, Sue.

However, I have a question. She has to be able to "Send As" John. So if we
remove her from Delegates, would that make it impossible for her? On the AD
level, she has "Send As" rights. So would that be sufficient for her to be
able to send messages as John?

Thanks again!
