Can declined meetings still show on your calendar?

I thought in a previous version there was a setting to allow declined
meetings to still show on your calendar.  I don't see this option in v2003.

No, this has never been an option.  Why would a declined meeting show in
your active calendar?  You are not going so who cares?

If you DO care, then you should mark the meeting invite as tentative so it
shows in your calendar but you are not obligated to show for the meeting.
