You can't choose the week Outlook displays at the top.

Outlook seems to remember when I do it. Can you describe in detail what you
do that does not work?

Can this be changed to remember (and return to) the view I last left?

But you're not "going to another view" when you scroll the months down.
You're still in the "Day/Week/Month" monthly view. Outlook certainly
remembers that. It can't, as far as I can tell, be made to remember you
scrolled the months down, however.
