I receive teh system administrator error when replying to meeting request or
scheduling meeting requets. Everything seems to work fine until i install
Call Pilot. Everyone else in the office has Call Pilot and are working
without issues. I have created a new Email profile and NT profile neither
seemed to make a difference once call pilot was installed. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you should be addressing this with the vendor of Call Pilot.
