I am a district manager and have to spend a certain amount of time at
all of my stores every month.  I would like the amount of time to be
even through out the locations.  Therefore, I would like to be able to
track my time automatically in Outlook.  Is there a way to do or
perhaps I could export data from Outlook to an Excel Spreadsheet.  Any
Ideas?

Open your task, click the Details tab, and track your time there.
