Hi,
Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to change the time interval of checking
for new mail. I looked at some options in Send/Recieve groups but didnt
seem to be the one I was looking for.

I want to be able to control the time interval Outlook uses to check
for new email.

Thank You

Excahnge account or not?  For a non-Exchange account, press ALT-CTRL-S and
change the "Schedule an automatic send/receive every X minutes" value to
120.  This may also work for Exchange accounts, but I'm uncertain.
