We're using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000/2003 clients. We created accounts for all our meeting rooms and share it to whoever needs access to it. My question is this: One person books a meeting room at a specific date/time. Is it possible to restict another person from booking the same room/date/time? thanks.
