Recurring appointment does not show in all views

I have birthdays set up in Outlook as recurring appointments. They are set up
as whole day events and free time. However, when I switch between views they
do not always all display. Some do not display when I use either 1 day or
work week views but they all appear to display on week and month views.

Version of outlook? did you reset the view?

I have Outlook 2003. I am not sure what you mean about resetting the view but
I am not aware that I have done so.
