I sometimes decline meetings which I would still like to show in my calendar
in case my movements change or just as a reminder that the meeting is taking
place. Does anybody have any ideas how to do this? I use Outlook 2003.

Many thanks, I had thought about doing that but it will then show on
originators calendar as such. I wondered whether it was possible to decline
but still show the appointment on my Calendar. I guess the answer is no,
which makes sense, but occasionally it would be useful to do so.
